Career Development
Under the Training Incentive Program courses, certifications and tests must be individually selected, approved in advance and scheduled by Company Management. Associated course fees, travel and lodging expenses will be paid (advanced) by the company and any related out of pocket and meal expenses are to be submitted for approval and for reimbursement.
The Company encourages all employees to continually expand their skills and technical abilities. As an incentive to advance their capabilities and credentials the Company will pay for approved training courses, testing and certification programs provided the employee meets eligibility and other program requirements. It is expected that participating employees will fully apply themselves to learning the material offered and to take every opportunity to apply the knowledge in the field. We also ask each to pro-actively contribute to informal training of others in the Company.
