TechCorr USA, LLC Acquires ACE Inspection Services
Houston, Texas, October 1st, 2007: TechCorr USA, LLC (TechCorr) has acquired ACE Inspection Services (ACE) located in Evanston, Wyoming. ACE Inspection Services, a privately held company, has been providing nondestructive testing and inspection services to oil and gas operators throughout the region for nearly fifteen years.
The acquisition of ACE now makes TechCorr one of the largest providers of energy inspection services in Wyoming and the north central States. “ACE is a highly established and recognized inspection and testing company ideally situated to take advantage of increasing oil and gas drilling activities within this region”.
