Houston, Texas, October 8th, 2008: TechCorr USA, LLC (TechCorr) with corporate
headquarters in Pasadena Texas has restructured it’s business separating it’s inspection
and engineering services group (TechCorr Inspection & Engineering) and creating a separate
“Industrial Services” group called TechCorr Industrial Services. The industrial services group
will accept responsibility for the in-service robotic tank inspection and tank cleaning service
line (InTANK®) which was purchased from Praxair Services in 2007. Vincent Summa states
“The InTANK® acquisition included a wide range of industrial cleaning equipment such as
Bubba for non-manned entry tank cleaning and as such we believe it is necessary to
incorporate this service into the industrial services division”. In addition to In-Service Robotic
Tank Inspection and Cleaning the “Industrial Services” group will provide clients conventional
tank cleaning services, centrifuging, pressure washing, hydro-blasting, scaffolding, block &
blind and vacuum truck services, TechCorr has also acquired a water well drilling company
giving TechCorr’s industrial services group the ability to drill environmental test wells,
cathodic protection deep wells and geothermal cooling wells for alternative air conditioning
systems.
