Mechanical Integrity Inspection Project
Client: Centragas
Location: Barranquila, Colombia
TechCorr (Inspection Division) was contracted to perform a mechanical integrity inspection using advanced guided wave
ultrasonic inspection technology developed by the Pipeline Research Council International on buried compressor station piping systems.
The project encompassed compressor stations throughout the Centragas pipeline network in Barranquila Colombia.

Pipeline External Corrosion Direct Assessment (ECDA) Project
Client: Chevron Global Solutions
Location: Maracaibo, Venezuela
TechCorr was contracted by Chevron Global Solutions to perform an
ECDA (External Corrosion Direct Assessment) and ICDA (Internal Corrosion Direct Assessment) on a
26" diameter 28.6 kilometer buried pipeline system. This is the only pipeline system between
the Chevron Boscan production field and Bajo Grande loading terminals.
Failure along this pipeline would cut off nearly 123,000 barrels of oil per day to markets world wide.

Pipeline Integrity Assessment Project
Client: Toltest Engineering
Location: Monathan Airforce Base - Tucson, Arizona
TechCorr was contracted by Toltest Engineering to perform a detailed engineering assessment on the
critical fuel piping system at Davis Monathan Airforce Base located in Tucson Arizona.
The piping system is designed to fuel US Airforce Fighter Jets. The engineering assessment was designed
in accordance with API 570 procedures incorporating visual inspection of all equipment components,
ultrasonic thickness surveys on equipment components, hydrostatic testing of main fuel pipeline,
guided wave ultrasonic testing on main fuel line and cathodic protection system audit to assure appropriate level
three protection. A detailed engineering assessment was completed following the field data collection phase to
develop a corrosion mitigation program.

Pipeline Integrity Assessment Project
Client: PDVSA Gas Anaco (National Oil Company of Venezuela)
TechCorr was contracted by PDVSA (Petroleos de Venezuela S.A.) to perform a baseline assessment on
roughly 500 kilometers of production and transmission assets associated with PDVSA Anaco operating division.
The pipeline diameters ranged from 2" up to 36" in diameter both buried and above ground.
These pipeline transported natural gas between production fields utilized in the gas injection process as a
secondary recovery technique when pressurizing oil reservoirs. Failure of these pipelines was estimated to affect over
200,000 barrels of oil production daily as reservoir pressure could not be maintained.

Pipeline Integrity Assessment Project
Client: Petro-Ecuador
Location: Eastern Ecuador, Amazon Rain Forest
TechCorr (Engineering Division) was contracted to review engineering, construction, inspection and maintenance procedures
and practices on block # 17 (Vintage) located in the eastern Ecuador Amazon Rain Forest.
The scope of work involved a detailed gathering system piping and facility review as the basis for
developing a "Fixed Equipment" risk based inspection and maintenance program.
