TechCorr Engineering Services consists of a multidisciplinary team of engineers, including mechanical, chemical, process, metallurgical, materials & ceramic engineers; who either hold Professional Association’s certifications and/or have more than 20 years experience in the areas of:

• Internal and External Corrosion
• Mechanical Integrity for upstream and downstream installations in the oil and gas industry as well as transmission pipelines.
• Hydraulic and Process Simulations using tools such as Pipephase, Pipesym, Wellflo, Olga, Hysim, Hysys, etc.
• Materials selection (metals & refractory materials)
• Reliability Engineering
• Root cause analysis
• Development of welding procedure specification in the oil & gas, refinery, chemical, petrochemical and, power generation industries.
• Flow Assurance.
• Chemical Treatment and Chemical Optimization

Our team of engineers has also:

• Developed, implemented and managed customized mechanical integrity systems,
• Developed and implemented methodologies for risk based analysis risk based inspection,
• Performed criticality assessment and fitness-for services assessments (pipelines, pressure vessels and storage tanks),
• Designed, constructed, monitored and optimized cathodic protection systems (sacrificial and impressed current) for offshore pipelines, risers, platform structures, on-shore pipelines, tanks and buried metallic structures.
• Performed NACE ECDA and ICDA
• Developed corrosion monitoring strategies (corrosion weight loss coupons, electrical resistance and/or linear polarization probes, laboratory analysis for corrosion measurement).
• Corrosion mitigation programs & mechanical cleaning programs.
• Developed programs for corrosion/scaling inhibition and other chemical treatment for production wells and surface installations,
