Chemical Cleaning

Chemical treatment of tanks are great alternatives for turning what is normally a waste into a marketable product. Asphalt tanks are prime candidates for chemical circulation. With the use of a circulation system and chemical additives,  Techcorr can turn asphalt bottoms back into a clean oil which will remain in an oil state even when cooled to low temperatures.  This oil can then be routed back into the plant system or sold as a good fuel or bunker oil.  With this process, the need for disposal is completely eliminated and gives a product with value back to the facility.

TechCorr also utilizes chemical treatments for emulsion breaking, phase seperations, vapor controls(such as H2S, benzene, etc.), parafin control and neutralizations of hazardous substances such as iron sulfides.
