We have shown up to many an exchanger inspection project, only to sit and wait for exchangers to be re-cleaned because they were not done right the first time.

Tube Cleaning 

• We have assembled a great team of cleaning technicians second in experience to none.

• Our cleaning crews will bring out the proper equipment to clean the tubes correctly the 1st. time.

• Our cleaning crews will clean the tubes as if they are to be inspected using IRIS every time.

• Our cleaning crews will use the proper safety equipment, procedures, and PPE in order to clean the tubes properly.

• Our cleaning crews are equipped with "Dummy Probes" to check the tubes for cleanliness as they clean to make sure the tubes are clean enough to inspect.

Tubular Inspection

• Our analysts are highly experienced, having taken and passed several mock exchanger test bundles. No job too small or large.

• We have enough certified Technicians, and analysts to provide coverage for major Turn-Arounds (100-200 exchangers or greater).

• TechCorr offers Diversified Technicians / Operators who multi-disciplined and certified. We can perform ECT, RFT, NFT and IRIS - all within one crew.

• We offer the best in Technological advances, such as the development of the "Flux Leakage Array" technique which provides a C-Scan and Isometric view of tubes inspected, with sensitivity to detect a 1/16" hole, and 25% x 1/4" long circumferential cracking in a 2" x .120" C/S Boiler tube.

• We utilize high speed automated probe pushers for ECT inspection of large condensers, feedwater heaters, etc.

• We have the capabilities to back up our ECT bobbin data with Zetec's SPNR Probe which gives a C-Scan view of the tube, and can also show isometric views of the defects.

• We have the capability to perform an Array RFT Inspection on carbon steel tubing.
