Robotic Cleaning

TechCorr has the robotic technology to reduce the amount of time that manpower is needed in the tank. This is a key advantage when talking safety on large tank projects which typically have men in a confined space for a month or more removing thousands of barrels of sludge. TechCorr can utilize robotics inside of the tank instead of manpower to perform 85% to 90% of the sludge removal. TechCorrs Bubba 2000 is the alternative to manpower for cleaning heavy oil tanks with large amounts of sludge for removal.
- On large heavy oil tanks with either large amounts of sludge or solids, the scavenger is the alternative to putting men in the tank for manual removal.
- Light and camera system which feeds back to a monitor in the outside control trailer, allows the operator to have good visual of work being performed.
- A spray nozzle with a front suction allows us to blend down sludge into a pumpable product and pump the material from the tank to outside storage tanks.
- A non-sparking auger breaks up solids and feeds them to the suction to be removed from the tank. This is a perfect fit for projects such as 6 oil tanks that have a large amount of hardened cat fines built up in the bottom. This type of work is usually very labor intensive with many in tank man hours involved.
- This eliminates the risks and hazards of confined space entry for a large portion of the project.
