It is expected that participating employees will fully apply themselves to learning the material offered and to take every opportunity to apply the knowledge in the field. We also ask each to pro-actively contribute to informal training of others in the Company.
TechCorr encourages all employees to continually expand their skills and technical abilities. As an incentive to advance their capabilities and credentials the Company will pay for approved training courses, testing and certification programs provided the employee meets eligibility and other program requirements
